Where It All Started
It was 1996 when Chef Nina Vincent, our mother, realized her dream of opening up an authentic, hand-made Italian restaurant in her adopted homeland. Her specialties were daily hand-made fresh ravioli and authentic Italian flavors.
While Nina is no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, her spirit and her recipes remain true to her vision.
